A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID upload are required after booking. Sunny Day Stays uses OwnerRez, a secure guest portal for collecting required guest information, rental agreements, and security deposit authorization.

Late checkout must be approved in advance. An unauthorized late checkout fee of $300 applies if guests have not checked out by 10:00 AM.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors.

No Parties / Events

Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Undisclosed Guests

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Undisclosed guests are subject to a $40 per person, per night charge.

Smoking/Vaping Policy

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the property. A $500 smoking/vaping violation fee may be added if evidence of smoking or vaping is found inside the home.

Local Guests

Local guests must contact the host before booking. This policy helps prevent parties, gatherings, and events at the property.

Parking

Driveway parking is available for guests. Please do not block neighboring driveways or sidewalks, and do not park in a way that interferes with neighboring properties.

Security Cameras

A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entrance. The camera monitors the exterior entry area for the security of guests and property.

There are no security cameras inside the home.
