-- Parking available for up to 2 vehicles on driveway and 1 in front of house. Absolutely no parking allowed in front of neighboring homes.
-- Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events. Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the property at any time. If unauthorized individuals enter the property, this WILL result in reservation being forfeited without refund. $40 per person, per night is charged for individuals in home that were not previously disclosed to Host.
--No smoking inside the property or the enclosed patio.
--Local guests must contact the host before booking. This is to prevent parties/gatherings/events at the property.
