Deliveries cannot be accepted at the property. Please arrange pickup at a nearby postal service or locker

Rental Agreement & ID Verification

A signed rental agreement and government ID upload are required upon booking. Sunny Day Stays uses OwnerRez, a secure hotel-style software approved by AirBnB to safely collect off-platform IDs, security deposits, and rental agreements.

Check-In / Check-Out

Guests will receive a unique door code before arrival for a smooth and convenient self check-in experience.

No late checkout is allowed without prior approval. An unauthorized late checkout fee of $300 applies if guests are not checked out by 10:00 AM.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors.

Pet Policy

This home allows up to 2 approved dogs only with a $150 pet fee per approved pet.

Pre-approval is required for all dogs, including service animals. Service animals are always approved and not charged, but guests booking with a service animal must answer the required service animal questions.

Emotional Support Animals must meet the requirements for pet approval and are subject to the pet fee.

Dog rules include:

Dogs cannot be left unattended in the home
Dogs must stay off all bedding
Guests must bring their own sheets/blankets if their dog sleeps with them
Guests should bring and use a sheet or blanket if pets will be on living room furniture
Dogs must be kept on leash outside the home
Guests must pick up pet waste and dispose of it in the outside container/dumpster only
Dogs may not be bathed in the home
Guests must control barking, especially during quiet hours
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their animal

No Parties / Events

Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property at any time.

If unauthorized individuals enter the property, the reservation may be forfeited without refund. A $40 per person, per night charge applies for individuals in the home who were not previously disclosed to the host.

Smoking/Vaping Policy

No smoking/vaping is allowed inside the property. A $500 smoking/vaping violation fine may be added to the cleaning fee.

Local Guests

Local guests must contact the host before booking. This policy helps prevent parties, gatherings, and events at the property.

Parking

Street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Guests must not park in front of neighboring homes.

Security Cameras

A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door. The camera is motion-activated and provides continuous monitoring for the security of guests and property.

There are no security cameras inside the home.
